Therapy Services

ABA therapy services are provided subject to:

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services. Specific cancellation policies will be provided in your service agreement.

Payment and Insurance

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept most major insurance plans. You are responsible for:

  • Verifying your insurance coverage and benefits
  • Paying any copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts
  • Paying for services not covered by insurance
  • Providing current insurance information
